Camping with The Mellanders

I just got back from ECXC 2006, the East Coast Xterra Challenge. It is held in Tremont, PA and consists of around 80 Xterra’s offroading for three days at two of the best off-road parks on the east coast; Paragon and Rausch Creek, which both happen to be in PA.

This was my 2nd year, and it was a blast. It’s really a big reunion of friends and a place where you put faces to all the names you see on the various Xterra message boards.

Erin also hit the trails with me for the first time on Saturday.

In an attempt to beat the heat, we took L and N swimming for the first time yesterday at Grandpa Smith’s pool. Check out all the great photos here

N and L had their 2 month doctors appointment on Monday. They both had perfect checkups and we learned their current weight.

L weighs 11lbs. 2oz. and Ni weighs 9lbs. 14oz.
Also, both L and N started smiling this week. Very exciting!
