Saturday's game against Joe V's Auto was a chilly heartbreaker for Fairways Indoor Golf, as they lost the lead late in a 4-3 defeat at Murphy Field. The game was tied at three in the bottom of the third when Ely D. singled, scoring one run. Joe V's opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to two singles. They first got on the board when Ely singled, scoring one run. Fairways took the lead, 3-2, in the top of the third thanks to singles by Andrew R, and Jack C. Joe V's captured the lead, 4-3, in the bottom of the third after Owen K singled, and Ely singled, each scoring one run.

Andrew and Noah T were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Fairways while hitting back-to-back. Andrew and Jack were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Fairways. Keagan C, Owen, and Ely each collected two hits for Joe V's. Zach D and Ely each drove in one run for Joe V's.

Josh A. pitched for Joe V's in the top of the 4th, striking out 3 batters. Jack C. then took the mound for Fairways, recording 2 strikeouts. After one inning of kid-pitch, the game was called due to the dropping temperatures and wind-chill.
