Evan drove in four runs on three hits to lead Visions past After Hours Tire 8-1 on Wednesday at Glendale Park. Evan singled in the second, scoring two, singled in the first, scoring one, and singled in the fourth, scoring one.
Visions got on the board in the top of the first inning after Evan singled to center field, and Zachary grounded out, each scoring one run.
Visions added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Luke doubled to left field, and Evan singled to the left side of the infield, each scoring two runs.
Zachary started on the hill for Visions. The hurler allowed five hits and one run over four innings, striking out nine and walking two. Connor opened the game for After Hours. The hurler gave up two hits and six runs (five earned) over one and one-third innings, striking out three and walking six.
Deyton led Visions with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, amassing 13 walks for the game.
Jean Paul led After Hours with one run batted in. The first baseman went 2-for-2 on the day.
